Returns & Exchanges
Because PetPriceWatch does not sell, ship, or process payments for any products directly, we do not accept returns or process refunds. All returns, refunds, and exchanges are subject to the return policy of the merchant where you completed your purchase (e.g., Amazon, Chewy, or Petco).
How to initiate a return
If you need to return an item, please log in to your account on the merchant's website where the order was placed:
- Amazon: Go to "Returns & Orders" in your Amazon account and select "Return or replace items".
- Chewy: Contact Chewy Customer Service or visit their Help Center for returns.
- Petco: Visit Petco's Return Policy page or bring the item to a local Petco store.
