Shipping Fulfillment & Responsibilities
Because PetPriceWatch does not stock inventory, sell, or ship any products directly, we do not handle shipping fulfillment, tracking, or delivery. When you choose a deal on our site, you are redirected to the respective merchant's platform (e.g., Amazon, Chewy, or Petco) to complete your purchase.
All shipping charges, transit speeds, delivery guarantees, and handling policies are determined entirely by the merchant processing your checkout.
Standard Merchant Shipping Options
As a courtesy to shoppers, here is a general overview of the shipping terms for our primary tracked merchants:
- Amazon: Offers free shipping on eligible orders over a certain threshold, or free 1-2 day shipping for Amazon Prime members.
- Chewy: Offers free 1-3 day shipping on orders over $49. Orders under $49 are subject to a flat shipping rate.
- Petco: Offers free shipping on orders over $35, along with same-day delivery options in eligible zip codes and free in-store pickup.
Fulfillment Disputes and Delivery Issues
If your package is delayed, damaged, lost, or if you need to adjust a delivery address, please contact the customer support department of the merchant where you placed the order. PetPriceWatch does not have access to order details, tracking numbers, or customer accounts for external stores.
